Role Description
Creative Strategy for Lead Generation - Create compelling ad creatives that engage users and convert them into leads or customers. This includes understanding the user journey, crafting persuasive copy, and developing visually appealing designs that align with campaign goals.
Paid media assets - conceptualise and design engaging ad creatives developing a asset library of optimised artwork for best performing lead generation
Brand - developing the brand voice and image for external clients and promotion, allowing to create an atomosphere of trust and transparency.
Managing and Scaling High-Volume Campaigns - managing multiple high-impact ad campaigns simultaneously. This involves efficient resource management, balancing team workload, and ensuring quick turnaround times for asset creation.
Collaboration with Media Buyers & Performance Teams - Close collaboration with media buyers to ensure creatives are aligned with paid strategies. Being able to pivot creatives based on feedback from performance teams and media buyers to ensure assets resonate with the target audience.
Data-Driven Creativity -Using data insights (e.g., A/B testing, analytics) to inform creative decisions. Adapt and optimise a campaigns based on real-time performance data to drive better results and ROI

Senior Graphic Designer
My position consists of growing the brand's identity in its graphic design, formulating clean aesthetics and engagement through multifacet of communication e.g. E-commerce, CRM, social media, print materials, illustrations, photography and videography. I give creative direction on photography and stylisation on what works successfully through a skincare and beauty market, thus developing our constraints through our brand guidelines and pushing our creativity further.
Role Description
Retouching - photo manipulation on colour correction, touchup and manipulation on to different stages .
E-com - creations for front end development in campaign and product launch and promotional assets to be incorporated for blog styles, homepage and product pages.
CRM - journey for email design to be more engaging, as well as building out assets through klaviyo and ensuring compatibility across platforms.
Print assets - for campaigns such as in order leaflets,information packs for PR and product launch. Leading creative missions on older artwork to create more engaging and relevant material.
Illustration - designing multitude of artwork by hand and digitally for scientific demonstrations and unique quirky artwork for everyday use.
Video editing and motion design -, created using different types of softwares eg Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop and Aftereffects. Creating dynamic displays of typography or subtle shifts in motion.
